Microperforated post-dialysis compression device for hemostasis
Mozaïk™ is a sterile, single-use post-dialysis compression device designed for puncture-site hemostasis after needle removal. Its patented microperforated adhesive film supports platelet plug formation while allowing visual monitoring of the coagulation process.
Mozaïk™ helps reduce bleeding and compression time after dialysis, with reported average compression time of 5.8 minutes and a 54% reduction versus standard protocols. The transparent protective film helps limit blood exposure while enabling real-time monitoring, and the thick foam frame supports easy placement, sealing, and needle removal. The device is compatible with all arteriovenous fistula (AVF) types, free of chemical agents and hemostatic substances, and may be used as an end-of-dialysis dressing when hemostasis is achieved.
